Scope of inspection

Inspections follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and are visual, non-invasive examinations of readily accessible areas.

Limitations

An inspection is not a warranty or guarantee. Hidden, concealed or future defects may not be identified.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of inspection, before the report is released.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
